Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the August 17, 2021 meeting were reviewed.  Bob Ross moved to accept
the minutes.  Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection, the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- AR: Bob Ross to update IBISCHK BUGs 219 through 222
  Not done yet (minutes sent too late).

NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
None. Randy Wolff asked if the new bugs were ready for discussion in the Friday Open
Forum meeting.  Bob Ross said they were.


IBISCHK710 development:
Bob Ross said there had been no word from the developer.  Mike LaBonte asked if we should
request an interim code drop.  Bob said we would need to be prepared to evaluate it. He
suggested dividing the task of looking at the regression tests.  This was considered
low priority.  Bob said the contract deadline probably would be missed.  Randy Wolff
said the specification was not complete, and that was not a contract condition.
